The service

Structurize API is provided by Nubri GmbH, Berlin. You send a file (PDF, PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP or UTF-8 text, up to 3.75 MB) and a JSON schema; an AI model extracts the matching data and returns it as JSON. Results are produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete — check them before relying on them.

Accounts and API keys

You must be at least 16, give a working email address and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for requests made with your keys.

Credits

Each extraction uses 1 credit. A failed extraction is not charged. After you confirm your email you receive 10 free credits, once per mailbox; free extractions may pause for the day when their daily budget is used up. Bought credits: Starter 100 for $9, Pro 500 for $39, Enterprise 2,000 for $149. They never expire. Bought credits are refunded only under the right of withdrawal below; credits left when you delete your account are lost.

Acceptable use

Only send files you are allowed to process. No unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or resell access to the service, no automated sign-ups. Rate limits apply (60 requests per minute per address, 120 per key).

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, by email to info@nubri.co or by letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany. We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. Because at checkout you ask us to start straight away, you pay for the credits you have already used.

Model withdrawal form: "To Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, info@nubri.co: I hereby withdraw from my contract for Structurize API credits, ordered on ___. Name, address, date."

Availability and changes

We try to keep the service available but cannot promise it always is. We may change these terms for the future and will tell you by email; credits you already bought keep their value.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

Law

German law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a merchant, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
